[Resolved] Vodafone India — Harrassed by Vodafone --looting company | |||
Vodafone billing services are really pathetic.. they are just to loot the customers. Change of billing cycle without intimation, hence unnecessary my billing amount was very high... due to cycle change, we need to submit the ECS form again, that was not intimated by vodafone, hence all ECS done through account are not getting reflected account. i.e. for sep and oct my bill was 1889, which was deducted through ECS, but the same is not reflected into my account, now on every bill after that service tax is levied for 1889. My outgoing services are discontinues as my payment is not getting reflected. EVery month I am charged with 100rs. late payment charges. In total vodafone loots the customers in all possible ways.
