[Resolved] Vodafone India — haven't received security deposit back

Hi, I had submitted Rs 3000 to vodafone as security against international roaming in october 2015. After coming back from the trip, I have reached out to customer care and vodafone stores to get my security deposit back. I has been more than 3 years and still no action has been taken on this. Customer care executives and vodafone store executives are just re-directing to each other and telling me a new story every time on how to get refund. Please help here, I have already waited a lot.
