Vodafone India — Hidden recharge information | |||||
I got a recharge done of Rs. 352/- on my Delhi pre-paid number after confirming the benefits o[censored]nlimited calls from vodafone website as well as customer care executive. After the recharge, I received an SMS giving me daily and weekly capping limits. I took the issue with vodafone but they told this is their policy to avoid misuse. However, capping limit was never mentioned in the recharge details. Now, I am facing problems with the internet data. They have disconnected the data stating that this is upon my request and start deducting my balance upon data usage. I spoke to customer care executive who told me that this is technical issue. This is highly very irresponsible on Vodafone's part. Not acceptable at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
