Vodafone India — high charges of value added services without our consent for activation

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400101

Vodafone is charging us heftily for value added services which is not requested.

Monthly bill plan is of rs 500 and we receive the bill over rs2500, the difference being value added services..

On request of blacklisting, they do not proceed and this service get activated and renewed without our concent.

Vodafone says it is third party activation and in that case why it is charged by vodafone.

Kindly help us against this looting business of vodafone.
