Vodafone India — horrible service from vodafone prepaid | |||
Hi, My name is Sumit Guha and I am availing 2 vodafone number [protected] and [protected]. 1st January 2018 I recharged both of this number and amount is 557. As per this plan I expecting per day i can use std and local call free of cost. And also I can avail 1Gb data per day. But the situation is I am unable to use internet from both of those number. My mobile set is perfect because I also use jio sim. And they provide better service than vodafone with less price. Interesting i can use net from jio. The fact is all of your customer care executives have less knowledge about troubleshooting. The fact is I am unable to call customer care from both of those number. I try from different number and I called 10 to 15 times to your vodafonecare. Interestingly always I got different answer from your executive. But problem remain same. My request to you please activate internet connection to my mobile numbers and also extends day where I am unable to use internet. Otherwise please give my money back.
