Hi, The is Deepak. I have been facing network problem from past 2 days & there is no improvement in network even after contacting customer care executives. There is no response for the call too. Mobile Number: [protected] State: Karnataka Handset: Blackberry 9360 Internet: Blackberry Internet Service(399 monthly plan) Problem: Slow Internet. Note receiving email, not able to browse, whatsapp messages not getting delivered at all. Kindly do the needful because i am an working professional & if the Internet is not working properly then it is of no use keeping the vodafone service in my mobile.
