Vodafone has given me a bill of 17000 for 1.5 days of data. They did not give me intimation and rather allowed the data to be ripped even beyond my permitted allowance.
Please help me to obtain a waiver for the data bill.
And overall I had lost my mobile during my international trip and as soon as I came back to India I tried getting back the sim. Even during that time no customer care informed about this huge hike in bill. Was this information helpful? |
