Vodafone India — I activated 1Gb 3g internet plan on 8 july which was pro rated plan but on 6 july procedure is changed about which i am not aware

date of the incident - 8 july - client number-[protected] - full description of the incident-I activated 1 Gb 3g internet plan on 8 july which was pro rated plan but on 6 july procedure is changed about which i am not aware because customer care did not said about that at the time of activation for deactivation will be done on billing period i was knew about old procedure which any plan cab be deactivate anytime
