[Resolved] Vodafone India — I donot get proper service. | |||
hi team, i am using Vodafone number [protected](postpaid). i have problem with network issue i complaint many time but. result is zero... i already email, talk CC and i vist the store but they are give me proper response about this. Even i talk with CC they misbehavior with me, they are to give Right information about the problem.. they are calling for the payment..i ask to they why i will pay the money because i am not the proper service from there side. they are service provider and i am paying for that. if they not able give the proper service then i will pay to them. Hi All,
Problems are not till now... i am using two post paid Connection of the
Vodafone 8334800993 & 8334800992, i like share more ... I am getting
the call for the payment. But i will pay the money to them... Still I
am facing the problem..
Docket no. For Number 8334800993 {11june 2015-1749920666, 4th
July-1756597242., 7th July 2015-1758944240, 9th July 2015-1760535696,
10th July 2015- 1761076890, 13th July 2015-1762288588}. in all network
problem feeback of the network team from vodafone that all are fixed but
still am faceing the same problem .and even vodafone team say that they
are try to reach me and number is not Recharge able in my vodafone
number. its means there is problem . bcz they are from vodafone team and
tey are calling in the Vodafone number. its show that there is a
problem.. So they tell me that prolem is sloved but is its not true..
