[Resolved] Vodafone India — Illegal balance deduction | |||
Sorry to inform you but i am fed up of the poor service vodaphone has been provided, my balace as off 27th june 2014 was around 60 rupees, on 28th morning i check its deducted to 4rupees. After speaking at customer care I find that u have activated some services which i didnt download, Please revert my money back else i will shift to some other network and also file a case at customer forum regarding the same for cheating the customers and taking their money. Hello - I am Ramesh - [protected].
It just came to my notice that my balance had got too low. i checked my Vodafone Account And Came to know that a amount of Rs. 30 had been deducted in the name of "HelloStore". I had done nothing but the Balance had been deducted. I tried Customer Care But Nobody Responded.
To Vodafone - I want my balance back as it had been deducted without my Notice.
