[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Illegal deduction of Main Account Balance

Hi, Please be informed that Rs 75 has been deducted from my account main balance as soon as I recharged a full talktime of Rs 100 as a service charge for a Vodafone all channel pack which to my utter surprise has not been requested by me.On top of that trying to complain about this I got a very rude behaviours from vodafone care twice and they did not register my complain. So, I am hoping that this balance should be refunded immediately since I am not willing to pay for a service which I have not used before, neither am I wiilling to use it future.
