Vodafone India — I'm complaining about vodafone mini store | |||
Dear sir, I have paid my postpaid bill in vodafone mini store, aruppukottai 626101 tamilnadu. I padi my postpaid bill on[protected].. Till now they didnt pay my bill.. This is not the first time.. Every time they are doing this.. They are not giving proper response to me. I have 7 postpaid connection. And we have 18 connection of my relations.. I[censored] not rectified this problem. You’re barred because you have no service is what I get when I call. What do I do? I tried recharging but still I get the same message

I did a recharge of Rs. 85 of full talktime but got only Rs. 0.23, there was an access fee of Rs.71.

Instead of giving me the refund of the access amount vodafone is forcing me to take the amount as talk time balance. This is my money and vodafone cannot force me to take their talk time.
