This is for your information that i used 3 postpaid vodafone
Numbers earlier,
As per my convenience i ported out my no - [protected] in jio and use
Rest 2 numbers in vodafone, but due to unnecessity of two connections
I requested vodafone to stop services of [protected] and service has
Been closed as well, but some amount was due so i paid that amount
Post two months of deactivation including late fee, and remained 1
Connection [protected] still i use and pay its bill as well, but my
Complain is that why i am still receiving bill of deactivated number
[protected] while it has been stopped and not in service, i raised
Several issues against it however i get monthly bill with late fee of
This connection, and all vodafone representative did me mentally
Disturb for this, be honest this is totally unethical to impose bill
Of deactivated number post two months of deactivation saying that
Service of that number has been activated and you have to pay, this
Behaviour of vodafone may lead to lost its customers ahead, i also
Want to port my remained number [protected] in another telecom service,
Sometimes i want to lodge a complain in consumer court as well against
Mentally torture by vodafone and its persons with adequate evidences,
This is my last request to resolve the issue and stop sending bill of
Deactivated number [protected], and i m not going to pay its
Outstanding amount which was totally unethical as you can understand.
I am looking forward for your positive response.
