I went to the vodafone store to upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g.
Despite of the old sim loosing network, the new 4g one din't gain any network.
I have been calling customer care, but they denied to deal these issues and asked me to go back to the store!
Are the customer care siting just to list to our consent?
Now when i again visit the store they have been doing many trials with no results!
I don't understand who is the right oneto look into this!
