I have received a bill with 141 rs as an internet charges which is haven't used. On calling the customer care and stating the query they said i have used the internet and they have sent the intimation in regards to data usage which i haven't received and when asked them to transfer the call to supervisor or manager they denied and started speaking in tone which is not customer friendly.
