[Resolved] Vodafone India — incorrect amount deduction | |||
Vodafone mobole number [protected] Hi team, I had recharged my account by a top up of rs 250 my balance was rs 250 after the top up and my internet pack was over and my phone was on mobile data mode which i was not aware of i did not use Internet i did not surf on any website nor i used Facebook or whatsapp later in the evening when i tried to make a call from my phone i got to hear that i have 0.00 balance so i called Vodafone customer service i was told that i used up 62mb of internet data which is not true as i never used and in case if i used i never got any notification that i have used so much amount of data and so amount has been deducted if i would have got that information i would have been aware in the first place i always get notification this time i did not get i did not change any settings for notification i have been a loyal customer with Vodafone for more than 7 to 8 years with total three sim cards under my name request you to look into the matter if i dont get back my balance i will disconnect all the three sim cards plus i will tell my family too to disconnect their service with vodafone which they will as all o[censored]s has Vodafone service.
