Vodafone India — Incorrect billing every month | |||
Hi, I am Khaja Shamshuddin Mohammed, have taken 3 corporate connections from Vodafone executive. All the three connections are under plan VG_Corp_IT_99. It is clear that when a plan is under same corporate group, the phone calls should be free within the group. But the Vodafone is charging the amount for the calls made from [protected] to [protected]. Unfortunately, I didn't observed and paying the amount every month from past two years. I am concerned about the reliability on Vodafone bills. I am really unhappy and never expected that such a big Enterprise can make silly mistake, and the ultimate consumer is paying the amount for no reason from past 2 years.
