Vodafone India — Incorrect promises by vodafone | |||||
I have a vodafone postpaid no. Which i wanted to keep with minimum priced plan including data. I was promised by the representative that with the rs175 plan i will get 750mb data and the services will be stopped once i consume the data. Now the bill is there of 2400 with 1400 for data charges. Vodafone has filed a case against me also which i had requested so many times to them to revert the charges so that i can pay the amount. Nobody wants to listen. Was this information helpful? | |||||
