Vodafone India — incorrect vas charges/bill going to incorrect id | |||
My number is [protected]. Vas charges keep getting added even after i have removed and blocked pop ups. I keep getting auto generated smss that say on your request we have enabled some pack, when i clearly did not do this. This is the fourth month (From the march billing cycle to the june cycle) in a row i have had to call the (Not toll free) complaint number and spent 35 minutes explaining that i did not activate or download anything through vas. Every time in spite of disabling and send a request to do so i've been charged. Two of my bills have been sent to incorrect email id even though i never ask vodafone to send my personal details are being circulated to a complete no body without my permission.
