Vodafone India — Incorrectly charged in multiple bills and unethical behaviour towards customer | |||
I have been continuously charged for gprs by vodafone whereas i am not at all using the gprs enabled phone. when intimated the same to vodafone not even appellate team is ready to accept the issue. Every time i drop email to them i get an unethical and mean response, it is pathetic to contact them and make them understand this issue every month. i am suffering from this since 3-4 months and no resolution has been made to this issue. Every time they argue and intimate me that charges are valid ones. i would request to get this issue resolved at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
