Vodafone India — international roaming activation for uae: [protected] | |||
- this is on activating international roaming pack called iroam free of rs 3500 for 10days. - i had chat with executive of vodafone with reference[protected] with respect to activation of above pack from 11th november. I was confirmed that this is all set and shall be on from 11november - when i landed in uae on 11november, this pack was not on. - i had chat with executive with reference[protected]. I was asked to deposit rs 5000 deposit for this plan activation. I did deposit the same immediately. - to my surprise plan 599 was activated which means receiving and calling means a lot of money. - suddenly i saw my mobile bill crossing rs 6000 etc and was asked to deposit rs 5000 as interim bill which i deposited on 12 th november - same matter on 13th and i deposited rs 5000 again. - then i asked my india office on 14th to check my plan of rs 3500. Why it is not on and if not, please activate immediately. - same was activated on 14th november -through two below chat message requests, 9th nov:[protected] and 11th nov:[protected] i requested to activate uae iroam free of rs. 3500 pack on. On 9 nov also it was confirmed yes. After landing in 11 nov at uae, plan was not on. They made me deposit rs. 5000 om 11th nov. Later put me on rs 599 plan and made me pay rs. 10000 as interim bill. - i ended up in paying rs 10000 for no mistake of mine. - now on 16th i am starting back for india and cell phone is not having signal. - i am betrayed by vodafone here and want my all bill back.
