Vodafone India — International Roaming didn't work in HongKong

1. Before travelling to Hong Kong on 9th July, 2015, I had activated International Roaming with the plan of Rs 149/- 2. I had specifically asked the Vodafone operator on phone to tell me the name of the Operator in Hong Kong. He did not inform me and he promised that the name of operator in Hong Kong will be messaged / emailed to me. 3. Unfortunately, the name of the Vodafone operator in Hong Kong was never informed to me and only a general msg was sent to me. 4. In Hong Kong the sms messsages sent by me reached the concerned person only after a delay of 24 hours, causing a lot of business inconvenience to me. 5. I have complained to Vodafone in writing, but no resolution / proper reply till date. 6. I am terribly disappointed with Vodafone's international roaming service and I will request you not to charge the International Roaming charge of Rs 297.60 as I badly suffered.
