Despite applying for activation of international roaming for my corporate postpaid mobile number from 5th january 2018 onwards and getting a confirmation from the vodafone corporate care team that the request has been processed, i am unable to receive any network coverage overseas. After writing several times to the customer support mailbox, i have been told that i need to make a separate ir security deposit to a vodafone store in india, which is clearly not possible for me to make in person. I have also not been informed, what is the exact ir amount to be deposited, since i only wish to receive bank otp sms on my india number. I have enquired multiple times over email as to how this payment could be made online or through the my vodafone app but there is no response from the customer care team. Calling my circles' customer care number ends in no response as well. Please help at the earliest. I am not able to receive important sms's on my india number and this has caused me a lot of inconvenience for over a week now. Thanks! Was this information helpful? |
