Vodafone India — International roaming not active

I frequently use international roaming. In the past it was working, but this time although it is international roaming, my phone indicates it is switched off. |I am neither able to receive or make calls or SMS. This is putting me to great stress and inconvenience and losses. I am really very disappointed. Can you please look into it.
