I did recharge with rs. 2875 on 17th march 2018 international roaming free for seven days. Now problem is that after this recharge still i am not use my benefits and my package is still not activate in my number because i cannot make any calls and also not able to use internet also. For this i make complain also but i do not get any solutions. I called so many times on customer care number on +[protected] but they said this is postpaid department so we cannot help. Now i want money back or activate my package for next seven days or give me any other solution. If from your side anyone wants talk with me so please note they will call me at whats app call only because i am still outside of india and normal call not possible to receive because my amount will deduct from my account.

Dear sir / ma'am,
I told my problem by email before 24 hours but i do not get any reply from your side now i will take some legal action about this because i am suffering now and i am not able to use this package also. Was this information helpful? |
