[Resolved] Vodafone India — internet connectivity / data connectivity | |||
My vodafone no is [protected], migrated from vodafone post paid to prepaid today i. E. On[protected] and confirmation message received at 5.30pm. Frc with 445/- made at voda store located vidyanagar-pin_583123 at 6.31pm. Since then i am trying to connect internet. But it is not connecting. Contacted customer care on [protected] and 198. I have tried 5 times for resolving my issue. one of the representative informed me to recharge with rs.10/- to maintain minimum balance and wait for 30 mins. That also i have done, but no use. Again at from i tried to contact customer care, but no body resolved my issue. Finally one mr santhosh suggested me to same voda store at 9.05pm where this store closes at 8.00pm only. By informing this he told that he had raised the complaint (But complaint number not provided) wait for two hours for internet connectivity. I am sorry to say this no one of your representatives are solved my issue. Kindly look into the matter and solve my issue as early as possible.
