Sub: internet ke extra charges ke refund karne ke liye.
Maine vodafone me 7 or 8 months pahele [protected] number ka mnp kiya. Mera plan usi vakt 299/- rs per month tha jisme muje unlimited internet mila tha.Internet unlimited hone ki vajah se hi maine vodafone choose kiya tha.
Vodafone liya tabse leke aaj tak ke jitne bhi bill bane hai usme se ek bhi bill aisa nahi hai jisme vodafone ne koi bina vajah ka plan, skim ya fir aur kuch activate na kiya ho.. Har mahine kuch na kuch apne aap activate kar deti hai vodafone company (Lutne ke liye). Har mahine jab bill ki jankari muje hoti hai tab harbar tension badh jata hai, blood pressure high ho jata hai. Harbar customer care ya fir yaha ke vodafone store ke dhakke khane padte hai aur bill sahi karvana padta hai. Harbar bill sahi karvane ke liye vaha 2 ya 3 dhakke khate hai tab bill sahi banta hai.. (Aisa to hoga hi kyuki ye india ka number 1 network hai).
Me jitni bhi bar vodafone me bill kam karvane gaya hu (Har month) itni bar maine vodafone store pe vodafone executive ko kaha hai ki meri complain me likho ki mera jo plan 299/-rs ka hai usme muje koi bhi aur skim ya plan ya fir service nahi chahiye.
Bill date 7/6/2016 ka jo bill hai usme vodafone ne unlimited internet jo ki mere plan me tha use limited karke only 750mb free ka kar diya. Jabki maine har bar bataya tha ki maine jo plan liya hai vahi muje chahiye usme koi badlav ya fir aur naee skim, plan, aur service nahi chahiye. Mere number pe kuch bhi activate karke bill mat badhaya karo. Jab muje plan me kuch badlav chahiye hi nahi tha to plan change kyu kiya? Aur agar vodafone ye 299 ke plan me unlimited internet hatakar 750mb limited karna chahta hai to use muje batana chahiye ki ham ye plan me change karne vale hai aapko vodafone rakhna hai to rakho. Vodafone ka iske agle mahine ke bill me aisa kahi bhi likh ke nahi aya tha ki apke plan me ham kalse hi unlimited internet ki jagah pe limited internet karne vale hai. Ya fir muje vodafone ne call karke bhi nahi bataya. To fir mere plan me change kyu kiya??? Jabki vodafone ke aur to bahut sare call ate hai par jab cheating karni hoti hai, bill badhana hota hai tab koi call karke nahi batata. (Aisa to hoga hi kyuki ye india ka number 1 network hai).
Jab bill aya to aakhe fati ki fati rahe gai, blood pressure very high ho gaya.. Kyuki ye bill to char mahine ka ek sath aya hai aisa lagta tha par jab dekha to internet ke hi extra charges the. Maine customer care me call kiya maine apna bill sahi karvane ke liye complain ki to unhone muje bataya ki sabka 299/- ka plan hai usme se internet unlimited se hatakar 750mb limited kar diya hai and abse apka plan aisa hi rahega usme unlimited internet apko kabhi nahi milega and apka bill bhi vahi rahega and apko bill amount 1190 bharni padegi usme kuch bhi kam nahi hoga… to maine usko bola ki meri complain lelo ki ye customer ye cheating kiya hua bill bharna nahi chahta hai aur kyu chahta hai.. Par usne bola ki ham aisi complain nahi lete uske bad usne uske senior officer ko call transfer kiya usne bhi yahi kaha and hamari complain register nahi ki.. Maine dusri bar customer care me call kiya usbar bhi aisa hi hua.. Uske bad surendranagar vodafone store pe me apni likhit complain leke gaya to usne hamari complain nahi li and bill to yahi rahega and abse plan bhi vahi rahega to hamare mana karne ke bad usne vodafone k nodel officer ka number diya [protected]. Hamne us number pe call kiya to usne aisa answer diya ki hamne to bas thoda sa hi plan me change kiya hai. (Plan pura badal diya, 800 ka bill jyada aya, char mahine ka bill ek sath aya vo use thoda sa lagta hai….). Usne bhi yahi bataya ki abse apka plan company ne badal diya hai aur abse plan me 750mb net hi free milega uske bad charges lagenge.. Aur apke bill me koi badlav nahi hoga apko yahi bill bharna hoga.. (Aisa to hoga hi kyuki ye india ka number 1 network hai).
Vodafone….. Asli bat to ab suru hoti hai……..
Jab nodel officer ne bhi bill bharne ka akhri faisala suna diya aur kaha ki ham complain lene vale hi nahi hai to hamare paas bill bharne k alava aur koi upay hi nahi tha.. To hame bill bharna pada varna vodafone sim card bandh kar deta. Aur usi din dt. 25.6.2016 ko maine vodafone 198 me call kiya aur vodafone chhodne ki bat kahi aur muje iss chalu mahine ka kitna bill bharna hoga taki me vodafone chhodke mnp karva ke aur company me ja saku joki 199 me unlimited internet deti hai, extra charges nahi lagati and vodafone se jyada call minutes deti hai. To us vodafone executive ne bataya ki me apka plan jo pahele tha vaisa hi kar dunga apke plan me pahele jo unlimited internet tha vahi apko milna suru ho jayega 48 hours ke bad aap vodafone chhodke mat jaiye… “ to bat ye banti hai ki jab tak bill pay nahi kiya tha tab tak ke sabhi customer care executive, nodel, vodafone store surendranagar valo ne ek hi bat batayi thi ki plan me 750mb ka limited net hi rahega usme koi change nahi hoga par jab maine bill bhar diya aur vodafone chhodne ki bat khi to vodafone ne muje apna pahele vala plan de diya..” matlab ki vodafone ka vo plan to chalu hi hai par cheating karke lutne ke liye hi ek mahine me ye galat bill banaya and sabhi ne aisa answer diya and kisine complain nahi li. Vodafone har mahine aisa cheating karti hai galat bill banati hai aur fir use sahi karvana padta hai.. (Aisa to hoga hi kyuki ye india ka number 1 network hai).
Isbar vodafone ne complain hi nahi li to customer kar kya sakta hai kuch nahi??? Bill bharne ke alava uske paas aur koi rasta hi nahi raheta kyuki agar bill na bhare to company sim card block kar deti hai.. And kisi aur ke network me ham ja bhi nahi sakte.. Isse yahi sabit hota hai ki “hamto (Vodafone) aise hi hai aur aisa karte hi rahenge par tum (Customer) kya kar loge.” (Aisa to hoga hi kyuki ye india ka number 1 network hai). Kitne sare users hai 299 vale ye muje pata hai…
Me vodafone store pe gaya tha tabhi yahi 299/- plan vala ek customer aya tha jisne jyada aya hua bill bhar diya and vodafone chhodke kisi aur netwok me jane ke liye arji de raha tha. Matlab ki bahot logo k sath anyay hua hai… uske bad maine apne teachers group [cug] me ye bat rakkhi to usme muje bahot log mile jiska plan yahi tha aur unke sath ye fraud hua tha. [jo sab vodafone chhodne vale hai ]
Muje mera jo bhi badha hua bill tha (Mere plan se alava) uska pura refund jaldi chahiye. Kyuki mera pahele bhi vahi plan tha ab bhi vahi plan hai to ye dt.7/6/2016 ke bill me aap logo ne extra charges daal ke bill jyada kiya hai vo muje pura vapas chahiye. Apke paas mere is email ke baad se 48 hours hai dekhte hai aap kya karte hai.. Varna me ab grahak surksha me bade group ke sath complain karunga..

Bill me extra charges sirf is number pe hi hai aisa nahi hai mera dusra number [protected] hai usme bhi harbar bill sahi karvane ke liye daudna padta hai.. Kya ye hai number 1 network.. Number 1 network ke store par jyada se jyada log apna bill sahi karvane ke liye aate hai ye maine aapke store pe apni aankho se dekha. Aur apke samne hi dusri compny vale hai usme aisi complain leke koi nahi ata hai. Are complain karne ke liye bahut kam log ate hai.. To number 1 kaun hua vodafone ya others?
