I recharged my vodafone with 399 and got 1 gb per day offer. It worked for some days then suddenly the internet stopped working. I contacted the customer care they told me that my cellphone is not working. I put in different sims like idea and airtel they work splendidly. Now how can that be a cellphone problem? I contacted the customer care again but then they wont take my call.
I registered an email complaint but still no response. This unscrupulous of these people to not assist customer and say that its customer's fault whereas it is clearly a technical problem on their end. I have already tried changing the apn setting but that doesn't work.
Now this is a good scheme get people to join the network. Get them to recharge high values, then don't provide any service and leave them hanging about. Was this information helpful? |
