Vodafone India — Internet Pack of Rs 376 charged without my notice - My No. [protected]

Hello All, This is not the 1st complaint I making against Vodafone on this issue, since I have seen multiple complaints made by different customer of Vodafone on the same issue in different consumer forum I have been charged on downloading 5 Internet pack which I never subscribed. They cannot show SMS that I have sent to subscribe such internet pack. As per the Customer Care Executive it was 3rd party application, and I need to talk to them. If so then they 3rd party should ask me to pay through my bank A/c or Credit but they cannot charge it from my telecom bill. I believe there are some join ventures between these 3rd party companies and Vodafone. And both of them are making money by doing these FORCE ACTIVATIONS. . If Vodafone doesn't resolve this issue in next 7 days, I will switch over to AIRTEL through MNP. I was Airtel customer for 7-8 yrs before I moved to Kolkata, and I never ever faced these kind of issues in these years.
