Vodafone India — Kept me hold for ONE HOUR . IRRESPONSIBLE AGENT | |||
I called your customer care for a concern where I recharged for 1gb and received 500 mb. For this issue I was told this will be resolved and was kept on hold for more than 50 minutes...just to escape to respond a customer your agents keep us on hold for the longest time till we disconnect the call... The worst thing is this kind of service is from vodafonee for a customer who is more than 8 years with you. I don't know how far this concern will be taken and what action will be taken, but I am extremely disappointed with your service. I just was on hold just to show you how worst your service and agents are... Pity your service. And this is an END with Vodafone. Will never use it again. This email might be funny for you and it wouldn't make much difference because you are an agent too, who just works for MONEY. Was this information helpful? | |||
