Vodafone India — lack of information by vodafone | |||
On 6th of january i check by dial *111# best offer available on my number and fount that there is an offer in 46 i'll get 1.3 gb 2g/3g/4g data, 500 mb you'll get instand and remaining 874 mb in 30 min. This is the only information provided to me. I recharge the same and 2 masseges from vodafone that you get 500mb 3g data for 7 days and 874mb 2g data for 28 days. When i use the mobile data it is used from 874 mb which is valid for 28 days and 500 mb is still remain as it is and this 500 mb will expire inbetween 7 days of my use of these 874 mb. When i call customer care executive and tell about my problem no one is want to solve the problem and only want to avoid the customer by saying this that mam, you restart your phone, mam put the sim in 1st slot and use in 3g, mam we'll send internate settings. But no one give me the solution. It is the worst experience with any telecom company... There remain no standard of vodafone in the market now Vodafone is not concern about to customer anymore.
