[Resolved] Vodafone India Limited — Hike of Tariff Plan Rental | |||
This is regarding change of tariff plan on my mobile number with Vodafone. I am not able to understand the reason of such change. When it was confirmed to me by your representative that this plan will not be changed unless I send a request. Your representative confirmed me when he offered me Vodafone network and request me to shift my number to Vodafone. I moved to Vodafone as your representative offered me the plan having similar benefits which I had with the previous operator under corporate. As I have moved my number to Vodafone and now you want me to charge more for this. This is really un-ethical. Was this information helpful? | |||
