Vodafone India Limited — Vodafone charging after stopping outgoing calls | |||
Vodafone India Limited, stopped services of my mobile phone, no outgoing call and no data as on 30 June 2015 without any prior information or approval from my side causing me a lot of distress for a few days, specifically that evening were i could not speak to my family / business contacts, and it was done without any prior information and not they are charging me for the using the phone for next 2 months, when the call center was informed to stop the services from that moment on and also an email was sent to stop the services. the number / sim card was removed and not used since June 2015. Not sure if I am liable to pay for the amount. Also untill then all the payments were made on time and I have asked for the break of the amount a few times but no response from Vodafone Was this information helpful? | |||
