I had taken Dongle on 23rd December 2014. From first day itself i am facing problems. For more than 2 months i am bearing with their stmt ' Problem will be resolved soon" and " within 6 months problem will be resolved (Contradictory). Do you think i will wait for 6 months for complaint resolution or shift to other service provider who gives me better services. Why shud I pay if i am not receving basic / primary requirement of taking internet pack. Even after wrting to customer service / Nodal / Appallete and MD, no one is answering emails.
Vodaphone - please resolve my complaint. I am not going to restirct myself only to this site for complaint. You will hear from me till my complaint is not resolved.
