Sir Sub : malpractice of one more billing amount against deactivation Ref : my vodafone postpaid no.[protected] I have given deactivation request of above no. [protected] at velacherry, chennai branch, on 17th january 2018 and they have properly done the same.in this regard, the balance period amount has been paid in the month of february 2018, duly at your same velachery, chennai branch. However, the same no. Has been reactivated voluntarily by your system / people without my knowledge, even deactivation request was duly considered on 17th january 2018, and the mistaken february 2018 bill was also collected from me, i. E., rs.351.00, in march 2018. I strongly believe that this is a kind of malpractice and the wrongly collected money was not refunded to me yet. Is this the way your company run business without any ethics? Is my rs.351.00 will raise your capital and pay salary to your employees?? Who will bell the cat to refund my rs.351.00? The loyalty and integrity on vodafone i had was totally destroyed. Moreover, there are 351 one rupee is involved in the amount and i am earning the amount by spending by sweat and blood. Hope you will give respect and response to my value and accept the mistake as well as refund my money at the earliest.
