Hi, This month Vodafone bill deducted 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. they says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it?? I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this?? Do I need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here? Was this information helpful? | |||

The same thing happened to me atleast 5 times. i am attaching the image of latest incident.
It seems that if you catch that they will return it otherwise its going into their pocket.
Its a huge waste of time and energy for me.
