[Resolved] Vodafone India — Migration request from Post paid to Pre paid | |||
I had logged the Complaint a month ago with complaint no: and since then I had been asked to not make any outgoing calls, since then I'm getting False promisses from Customer Care dept that it wil be completed with in 24 hours. The Major problem with Customer Care dept is, 1) They are not in Sync with Back end team who does this migration. 2) They don't update there data bases & we have to start from begning to explain each & everything. Backend will do Migration only after Douple confirmation with requestor, *** Now here they Trick, Firstly they will try to Convince you at least 10 - 20 time and we don't agree thye will close the Request with comments. < We tried reaching user, but due to Non Availibliety > What a Bogges comment it is as they may try reaching again, user don't picks the call Was this information helpful? | |||
