Vodafone India — misbehave with customer care executive

Sir,

i forgot my mobile accidentally visit to customer care center janak puri westend mall on 9-7-2018 to get my number.

person name was Zeev misbehave with me and change my connection prepaid to postpaid.

i used this number from last ten year and changed my sim in 2015 without any problem.

we have complete document like adhar, election card and pan card
company forcefully change my connection prepaid to postpaid
