Vodafone India — Misbehaviour from customer care executive

My internet data was deducting without using... So i called to customer care... The executive's talking sense was not like a literate person... He was not listing to my problem. I didnt like his behaviour... These kind of persons must not be allowed in such professions.. I didn't remember his name but as a customer i am not satisfied with his answers & his behaviour...
