Vodafone India — misguiding the customer during deactivation of monthly plan | |||||
I am an user of vodafone since2013. I raised a request to change my monthly plan in the month of march2017. Vodafone deactivate my old plan & activate the new one but they only deactivate my voice plan not the internet plan. I was not aware with the same, even the customer care executive didn't share regarding the same. When i am raising the deactivation request than it's quite obvious my whole plan will be deactivated & if it's not their policy i should be informed or asked during process, so i might be aware. I am getting the add on amounts in my bill from march2017 & raised complaints to customer care executive many times. I want the wave off regarding the internet pack which was not deactivated by the company even not informed regarding the process. They are misguiding the consumer.
