Vodafone India — misleading and poor service | |||
I have recharged my voda no after confirming the amount of rs 452/-from one of the customer executives. I was promised that I will get data rechg of4gb 3G internet instead of that they gave me bal of 396. After calling them they were not ready to take my complain and one of the executives named khokan chandra das told me that I have to pay the entire amt again if I want to get data bal. Being a loyal customer I was highly dissappointed by their service n behviour n want them to refund my amt and ask VODAFONE to stop stealing from their customer and improve the quaity of their service.
