Vodafone India — misleading customers | |
Dear sir, I have got the offer on my number via *121# and the offere was full talktime on rs 40. So i decided to recharge via vodafone gujarat wesite. When i input my number and clicked on view offers i was able to see my offer which was rs.40=40 talktime. I selected it and pressed on "buy now" Button but when i pressed the button it was not allowing me to enter and got the error like "sorry, we are facing some technical issue. Please visit after some time." (I have taken the screenshots for the same) which is still getting after 2 days. Now i had only 1 option and that was inputting 40 as a amount into "enter amount" box when i do so and as i didn't have any balance i recharged vodafone gave me another offer without any amount recharged on my number. Within 5-10 min i called customer care but they were not allowed to change the plan. Even i tried again today but again they denied. This is the second incident which i faced. Before some days i faced this type of issue with my data balance as well. Just misleading the customers via fake advertisement like if you change your 3g card to 4g card we will give you 4gb data free. They provide little bit data but removed my current plan data as well which was running at that time. Was this information helpful? | |
