I have been a long user of vodafone! I was happy with the services, offers provided. Recently i called the customer service and spoke to a customer service executive to know a certain offer for ₹252 i was addressed properly and gained the knowledge of the offer (15/07/2016 at 6:17pm) Before recharging i was alerted with another offer and i had to call the customer care once again (15/07/2017 6:31pm) and i enquired about the specific offer about ₹298 the executive told me that i would have the benefit of 1gb day time usage for 28days and 1gb night data. To clarify i asked her if it is 1gb/day = 28gb day data and 28gb night data. She told me to hold on and after she told me that it was 28gb day data and 28gb night data. I asked the question more than 5 times whether i would have 28gb data. She confirmed me with a big yes! 16/07/2017 i called up the customer care asking that i was not credited with the 1gb i must be having today. They said it was a problem of 3g/4g not been active and they had escalated a complaint with ticket no:[protected] the problem was not solved. After 3-4 hours i called up and they said it was not a daily basis offer! She was very rude to me who picked up the phone at 16/07/2017 3:44pm she was very rude that she asked me if i had any problem to "lodge a complaint with consumer court". The complaints escalated are: 1. Misleading information about recharges provided by vodafone customer care executive. Through which i had a loss of ₹298 plus the cost of doing a new recharge at ₹252 2. Rude and unpolitely behaviour by the customer care executives Was this information helpful? | |||
