Vodafone India — misleading messages and deduction of balance and lack of proper customer service | |||
In 3 days i have deduction of currency inspite of having unlimited plans. Its really bad condition on the part of customer that they are exploited and this is an unethical behavior by vodafone. I am on 509 plan and i haven't used complete data on 22nd nov but still i am charged 10 rs for browsing (140mb left as per my vodafone app for that day), and 2days back when 392 pack ended on last day i was charged 45 rs for call, it was last day for my 392 plan to expire.in vf app it states that plan expires on 21st nov, but still they charge me 45 rs for calls on that day, when asked customer service they inform me that plan expired at 5 pm, they expect customer to know time of recharge 84 days back? In my vf app no where time is mentioned, nor i get any intimation of that. Total misguiding for profit? On 23 rd nov i had 509 plan activated which is for 84 days, on 24 th nov 3.00am i receive msg stating my unlimited plan has expired. Trying to contact customer care but it's of no use it's not getting connected, pathetic customer service. Recharge for big bonus plans but still they will exploit the customer by deduction of currency, it's just day light robbery and misguiding customers for benefits. Kindly take actions for the same.
