[Resolved] Vodafone India — MNP request not getting processed | |
I cleared the bill on 7th july 2015 and the next day only i got the message from Vodafone that due to outstanding bill amount my MNP request is getting rejected. When i called Vodafone customer support they said that i need to pay the full amount generated after my bill cycle and that too without any discount and free local and std minutes that i get when my bill gets generated so in short i will be paying more amount to vodafone.
I mailed to their support mail id on 8th july 3: 18 PM and they have a TAT of replying in two days and they have not replied till now. I basically asked them to calculate the amount as per the base postpaid plan that i am having right now.
Please help me with this as day by day my bill is getting generated since i am doing a great number of std calls.
