[Resolved] Vodafone India — mobile got deactivated from 27th jan 2018 | |||
Hi, I have ported my mobile# [protected] from idea to Vodafone last November 2017. On January 10th 2018 it had been deactivated without any prior information due to non payment of settlement of the bill of idea. Then I paid all the dues to old network (idea) on 13th January and sent all the details documents to the current service provider (Vodafone) through email. However on 27th January again my mobile number had been deactivated for the same reason which happened on January 10. I used to call the Kerala customer care twice a day for a resolution. They always had given assurance to solve this ASAP through the phone, but did nothing. Then I started calling my relationship manager plenty of times. He offered me a new sim card before 5 days and that yet to be delivered to me. Please let me know do I need to keep my relation with Vodafone or not?. The mobile number which I mentioned above is an old number. I cannot surrender/loose those number at any cost. Please make any sensible services which you people always advertise "happy to help"???????/ Was this information helpful? | |||
