Sir, I am your Valuer customer from last 5-6 Years old last time before aprox. 3 to 4 months ago you have charge on my mobile 3508/- Extra and the same is again now I have received just sms from your site that' Dear Customer Cr Limit of your vodaphone no.9000/= Usage till date is rs.7223/=(aprox) pls pay to enjoy uninterrupted service . I cant under stand Sir for what you have cahreging from me such a big amount I am using only whatsup, Face book, and some time surfing that' s all . Sir this is my last request if you not wave off my addition charges on my mobile I will discounnect my said no immidiately & i will never pay single paise to Vodaphone in futuer . So please what is my actual amount is due I can pay immidiately if you are asking 7223/= i will never pay tha said amount u can stop my service when you take action, Sir i cont under stand why you have increase my limit from 1000 to 9000/- this is not our mistake you are totalay blackmailing to coustomer I will go in consumer court if yo have not correct my bill immidiately matta [protected].
