Vodafone India — mobile number migration and billing issue | |||||
I had been using vodafone postpaid service since 1 year. I requested for postpaid to prepaid migration by paying pro-reta based statement on 7th july 2017. And issued prepaid sim on the same day from vodafone store. Till date the number not been migrated to prepaid and i have received the bill for this month again.in between i have called many times and asked them to stop services else i will not pay bill. (They might be having recorded data for those calls). To summarize vodafone does not care about customer requests, now they are asking me to pay the bill so that we can proceed for migration (Which they didn't done from last one month after multiple requests). My messages are failing when I to send PORT [protected] to 1900 while other messages are getting delivered.It seems Vodofone has block my outgoing sms to 1900.

I'm request to you my villages population above 3000 people's, but my village deprived of network, voice call dropped every 10 second and signal quality are very weak. We are not using Mobile data.
