Vodafone India — Mobile number suspended | |||||
Dear sir, I'm Rama Mohan Satya Kumar Gollu from Panagarh working in Indian Airfore. I had changed my mob no.[protected] to vodafone WB via NMNP from Rajasthan 2 months back. Since then I used my number approx only for 10 days. They are suspending it again and again and I'm totally frustrated on their service. I had contacted their mini store in Panagarh a minimum of 10 times in person and called the person in it and even customer care a numerous times and also submitted a copy of my driving licence, aadhar card, voter ID and Airforce issued document. Still they are saying no documents yet received. I even mailed their Nodel offr, that time they activated but it lasted for only 3 days. My last hope is U sir. Please do some needy.
