My Name is HEMRAJ P ZAWARE, Address:boisar, palaghar, maharashtra, 401504, india, My vodafone mobile number is [protected], from last three year, at 23 OCTOMBER 2015, my SIM card of this number was not working partialy at that time my talktime balance was 149, but i am check balance of this number on 25 november 2015 is 00.00 Rs.i am ask customer car about this issue they tell me your SIM card is not workinng for thise reason your balance is deducted, within this month im was physicaly unfite and was not able to replace SIM card. please see the issue and proceed as on urgent basis.
